rent or sell email addresses.
About QWA and the Information We Collect
QWA provides executive coaching, leadership development workshops
and teleseminars. For our teleseminar programs, our participants are
provided a secure ID and Password for access to the QWA program. The
participant will also be required to provide an email address for
communication from the coach. To create program information that
is relevant to the participants, some personal information is
requested.
Information Collected/Tracked by QWA
Information submitted to QWA – QWA collects
participant-submitted account information such as name and email
address to identify participants and send notifications related
to the use of the service. QWA also may collect
participant-submitted profile information such as gender, age,
occupation, location, etc.
Information not Directly Submitted by Participants to QWA -
This is information we may collect that
is not personally identifiable, such as browser type and IP
address. This information may be gathered for all participants in
the program.
Use of Information Obtained by QWA
Information participants submit to QWA – We may use a
participant’s email address to send weekly updates or news
regarding our program. Information that participants do not
submit to us We may use your server, IP address, and browser-type
related information in the general administration of our website.
Sharing of the Information QWA Program Gathers/Tracks
As a matter of policy, except where you are expressly
informed otherwise, we do not sell, rent, share, trade or give
away any of your personal information unless required by law or
for the protection of your participation. However, QWA may share
profile information and aggregate usage information in a
non-personally identifiable manner to advertisers and other third
party providers of products and services. In such situations we
will never disclose information that will be used to personally
identify you.

on our web site so our participants are always aware of what
information we collect, how we use it, and under what
circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If we are going to use
participants’ personally identifiable information in a manner
different from that stated at the time of collection, we will
notify participants via email or by placing a prominent notice on
our site.

Your QWA login ID and Password
is private between you and QWA. QWA uses industry standard
measures to protect your information that is stored within our
database. We limit the access to your information to those
employees who need access to perform their job function such as
our customer service personnel. If you have any questions about

The ads appearing on the QWA website are delivered to
participants by our Web advertising partners. Our Web
advertising partners may set cookies. Doing
this allows the ad network to recognize your computer each time
they send you an online advertisement. In this way, ad networks
may compile information about where you, or others who are using
your computer, saw their advertisements and determine which ads
are clicked on. This information allows an ad network to deliver
targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most
interest to you. QWA does not have access to or control of the
cookies that may be placed by the third-party ad servers or ad
networks. This privacy statement does not cover the use of
cookies by any advertisers.

Cancellation Policy:
This Cancellation Policy covers the site

QuadWest Associates, LLC reserves the right at any time to reschedule or
cancel any program. In the event that QWA cancels a program; or
reschedules a program that a participant is unable to attend on
the rescheduled dates, the participant will receive a complete
refund of the fee paid. QWA will not be responsible for any
cancellation costs participant may incur or for any other loss or
expense. If for any reason a participant does not adhere to the
QWA Terms of Service, the participant will be immediately removed
from the program. No money will be refunded.
After enrollment in a QWA program, if a participant is unable for any
reason to start the program, and QWA has received notice of
cancellation in writing by fax, e-mail or first class mail not
less than 4 days prior to the program official start date, QWA
will refund 100% of the fee paid. If written notice of
cancellation is received less than 4 days prior to the program
official start date, QWA shall refund the fee paid less $100 for
administrative and processing costs. Refunds will be credited to
the original credit card that was charged or a check refund
issued within 15 business days from receipt of the cancellation
request.
